Established in 1963, the European Shippers' Council is a European association representing cargo owners, national shippers’ associations, European trade associations and corporate members reaching 100.000 companies throughout Europe. Collectively they are known as ‘shippers’. The ESC is a member of the Global Shippers Alliance (GSA).
